Union Home Minister Amit Shah lashed out at Rahul, saying the Congress should have implemented the 15-minute formula in 1962. Union Home Minister Amit Shah took a jibe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s recent remarks on tensions on the India-China border.
He said the opposition party should have shown courage in 1962 when China annexed a large part of India. He said that the same situation will not be repeated today.

The Home Minister denied the possibility of fighting on two fronts. He said that negotiations are going on between top military officials and diplomats of India and China to resolve the border dispute. However, he stressed that the sovereignty of the country would not be compromised.

Asked about the remarks of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on the Pakistani stage, Shah said that the opposition party once again wants to bring back the politics of appeasement. It is not new for Congress to support its neighbor.
