Al Qaeda remains a constant threat to America.

Major said that al-Qaeda remains a constant threat to the US and its allies. The terrorist organization uses Syria as a safe haven and plans terrorist activities from here.

A spokesman for the US Central Command gave this information.

US Army Major John Rigsby said in a written statement, ‘The killing of this al-Qaeda leader will sabotage the terrorist organization’s plans for a global attack.

Now it will continue to persecute and attack American citizens, our partners, and innocent people.

The attack by the US came two days after an attack on a US post in southern Syria. Rigsby, however, did not say whether the US drone strike was a response to that action.

Al Qaeda leader was killed in airstrikes last month too.

Last month, on September 20, the US killed al-Qaeda leader Salim Abu-Ahmad in an airstrike.

The attack took place in the Syrian city of Idlib. Salim was responsible for planning and arranging to fund al-Qaeda.

Apart from this, he also gave permission to attack different areas.

So far, America has targeted Al-Qaeda terrorists and Islamic State terrorist Bakr al-Baghdadi many times in this way. In fact, Baghdadi had fled eastern Syria to Idlib and was hiding here.
