Terrorist organizations using ‘hybrid terrorists’ to create panic in J&K.

In view of the tightening grip of security forces on terrorists operating in Jammu and Kashmir, terrorist organizations have brought a change in their strategy.

Frustrated by the deteriorating situation in the Kashmir Valley, these terrorist organizations are using hybrid terrorists to again create an atmosphere of panic in the Valley and create unrest.

This has been disclosed by the security agencies.

Security agencies say that it is proving to be a big challenge for the security forces to easily trace these terrorists who are leading a common life among the common people.

Security agencies also informed that the task of target killing in the Kashmir Valley has been entrusted to these hybrid terrorists.

Terrorists who carry out such attacks are not actively involved in any terrorist organization. They are recruited only with the intention of getting specific murders done.

This is not the first time that terrorist organizations are using these hybrid terrorists, earlier they were recruited to target security personnel, but now the strategy has been changed.

Now terrorist organizations are getting through these killings of Kashmiri Hindus, people of other states, and public representatives in civic bodies like panchayats.

The situation in Jammu and Kashmir has taken a sudden and violent form.

Only last month, Union Minister Jitendra Singh had given a statement that J&K is rapidly returning to normal.

The game of terrorism, which has been going on in Kashmir for decades, has now reached its final stage.

In August 2020, the Kashmir Police also declared Srinagar ‘terror-free’. Looking at the current attacks, it would not be wrong to say that terrorist ranks have increased.

Police sources say that the local youth missing from the Kashmir Valley has become a major security threat.

According to security forces, about 160 terrorists are active in the Kashmir Valley, of which 70 are local and 90 are said to be foreign terrorists.

If sources are to be believed, the number of these hybrid terrorists can also be close to 50.

Pakistan is ensuring that maximum weapons, including pistols, sticky bombs, and grenades, are delivered to these hybrid terrorists to increase these attacks.

These hybrid terrorists who do the targeted killing are currently out of the grip of the security forces.

Because it is difficult to prove the links of these ‘hybrid terrorists’ with terrorist organizations.

Weapons being used by these terrorists are also there. These pistols are making more use of sticky bombs.

They are better off carrying a small pistol in their pocket than carrying an AK-47 as it is easier to carry.

Security agencies said that in the pistols recovered from Kashmir, it was revealed that their quality has also improved. Now better material is being used than Chinese fiber.
