According to the information, on the basis of credible information, the police and security forces started a search operation to nab the terrorists in the Hefshrimal area of the Shopian district of South Kashmir.
Meanwhile, the terrorists hiding in a place started firing on the security forces. The security forces also immediately took the front and started firing against the terrorists.
During this, the terrorists were also warned to surrender, but the terrorists continued firing unheeded.
The security forces have so far killed one terrorist while encircling the terrorists, while still close to two terrorists are trapped.
