Sharad Pawar dissolved all cells and departments of the party.

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) President Sharad Pawar has dissolved all the departments and cells of the party with immediate effect in the midst of political upheaval in Maharashtra.

He has not given any reason behind these breaches. A senior NCP leader has given this information.

NCP National General Secretary Praful Patel tweeted, “With the approval of NCP National President Sharad Pawar, all departments and cells are dissolved with immediate effect.” not disclosed.

Sharad Pawar has taken this step almost three weeks after the Maha Vikas Aghadi government was voted out of power in the state.

It is worth mentioning that Shiv Sena, NCP, and Congress had formed Maha Vikas Aghadi in the state.

The Uddhav Thackeray-led government was voted out of power in the state due to revolt within the Shiv Sena. NCP chief Sharad Pawar’s role was most important in forming the Maha Vikas Aghadi in the state.

The Maha Vikas Aghadi government in the state lasted for about two and a half years. Sharad Pawar is credited for running the government with the opposite-minded Shiv Sena.

NCP MLA did not listen to Sharad Pawar, said- Voted for Draupadi Murmu after listening to conscience

Yashwant Sinha, the UPA’s candidate for the presidential election held on Monday, appealed to the NDA MLAs and MPs to vote in their favor after listening to their conscience, but something reverse happened in Jharkhand.

The NCP MLA first voted for NDA’s candidate Draupadi Murmu and then after voting, arguing the same, said that I have voted for Draupadi Murmu only after listening to my conscience.

Earlier during the voting, 80 MLAs out of 81 elected members of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly exercised their franchise.

In Hyderabad, except for BJP MLA Inderjit Mehta, who was undergoing treatment for the past several months, all the MLAs cast their votes in Ranchi.

While 14 Lok Sabha and 6 Rajya Sabha members from Jharkhand exercised their franchise at the polling booth in Parliament House.

In Jharkhand, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MLA Kamlesh Singh on Monday defied the party’s order and voted for NDA’s Draupadi Murmu in the presidential election, while NCP chief Sharad Pawar played a key role in fielding Yashwant Sinha.
