Security Forces Demolished Many Bunkers Of Naxalites

Security forces demolished many bunkers of Naxalites in Aurangabad, and a cache of explosives was recovered.

The security forces have got great success in the anti-Naxal operation in Aurangabad, Bihar.

STF, District Police, and CoBRA, in a joint search operation, demolished several bunkers of Naxalites and confiscated a cache of explosives kept hidden.

The joint search operation was carried out on Ajnawa mountain of Parrukhia forest on the border of Aurangabad and Gaya districts,

It is being told that after the death of top Naxalite leader Sandeep Yadav, the CPI-Maoists were in the process of carrying out a major incident by building a shelter in the hilly areas of Aurangabad district.

The intention was of protecting and strengthening their organization.

During the search, more than 50 IEDs, a large number of gelatin rods, electric wire, and many explosive materials have been recovered from the hideout of the Naxalites.

Confirming this, Aurangabad Superintendent of Police (SP) Kantesh Kumar Mishra said that the Naxalites had planned to carry out some major incidents to register their presence.

Secret information was received that there is going to be a mobilization of Naxalites on Ajnawa mountain to implement its planning.

On this basis, a team of district police along with STF and Cobra was formed and a search operation was carried out in that forested and hilly area in which the security forces have got this success.

The SP said that the security forces have demolished several bunkers built by the Naxalites on the mountain.

STF, COBRA, and district police are determined to eliminate Naxalites from this area. This campaign against Naxalites will continue till the Aurangabad district is freed from the clutches of Naxalites.

CRPF jawan held his wife and child hostage for 17.30 hours and later shot himself.

CRPF Jawan Naresh Jat, who kept his family hostage for about 17.30 hours in Jodhpur and intermittently fired from the balcony of his quarters, finally committed suicide by shooting himself.

Naresh had closed the door of his quarters on Sunday evening. After that, he started firing intermittently coming to his balcony.

This caused a stir in the CRPF training center. All efforts to convince the jawan failed.

After that, he shot himself at around 11.30 am on Monday, due to which he died. All the people including CRPF and the police administration were shocked by this incident.
