These days, the viral audio-video has opened the secrets of such police officers and personnel. The latest case is that of former SP Manilal Patidar of Mahoba district of Uttar Pradesh. A viral video of Kabrai crusher businessman Indrakant Tripathi has revealed everything. However, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has also tried to give a strong message by acting on officers by showing zero tolerance.
These days the police itself is under investigation. Sports from transfer-posting to recovery are coming up through social media. In the past, the then SSP Vaibhav Krishna wrote a confidential letter to five IPS officers, Dr. Ajay Pal Sharma, Himanshu Kumar, Sudhir Kumar Singh, Rajeev Narayan Mishra and Ganesh Shaha, among other charges, from rubbing off in transfer-posting.
Secrets of the officers’ conversations in several audio clips were also submitted. The government formed SIT headed by the then DG Vigilance Hitesh Chandra Awasthi and removed them all from their posts.
IPS Dr. Ajay Pal and Himanshu Kumar have also been found guilty in the Vigilance investigation. Fear of action is hanging over him, Vaibhav Krishna was also suspended after an offensive video went viral. Last month, DIG Dinesh Chandra Dubey and Arvind Sen were suspended in the famous case of crores in the name of getting tender in the livestock department.
It was in Arvind Sen’s office that the victim businessman was threatened. Prayagraj’s suspended SP Abhishek Dixit is also surrounded by allegations of corruption. IPS Dr. Satish Kumar, N. Kolanchi, and Atul Sharma were also suspended on charges of corruption.
Police will take a non-bailable warrant of IPS: Police will take a Non-bailable Warrant (NBW) against IPS Arvind Sen, accused of cheating crores in the name of getting a tender in the Animal Husbandry Department.
ACP Gomtinagar Shweta Srivastava, the prosecutor of the case, has filed an application in the court on Thursday for taking NBW against the three including accused soldiers Dilbahar and Umesh Mishra. Police are also preparing to put a charge sheet soon.

The conduct of the suspended SP of Mahoba in the very first posting should be extremely harsh. Former DGP Vikram Singh said that the government should keep an eye on the conduct and behavior of the new IPS officers. Officers who openly commit robbery should be dismissed.
