SC verdict in Sushant Singh Rajput case, CBI will investigate. Riya Chakraborty has suffered a major setback in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. The Supreme Court has handed over the investigation to the CBI. The court said that the Bihar government is capable of recommending an inquiry. The court also admitted that the Mumbai Police did not investigate.
The Maharashtra government wants to challenge this decision of the Supreme Court. The court said that Mumbai Police has not conducted an inquiry but only an inquiry. Apart from this, the Supreme Court said that the Maharashtra government will have to follow this order. The Supreme Court clearly stated that if any further FIR is registered in this case, only CBI will look into it.
As soon as the SC Verdict came, Sushant’s former girlfriend tweeted – Truth has won. Advocate for Sushant Singh’s family, Vikas Singh, said it was a victory for Sushant Singh Rajput’s family. The Supreme Court ruled on all points in our favor. The court also clarified that the FIR lodged in Patna was correct. Now CBI will start its investigation and Sushant’s family will be able to know the truth of his death.

The Supreme Court reserved the verdict after the hearing last Tuesday. Shweta Singh Kirti, sister of Sushant Singh Rajput, had urged the Supreme Court to take a quick decision regarding the CBI inquiry into the case of brother’s death. Shweta said in a tweet that we are waiting for the court’s decision with high hopes. In this case, the delay of one minute is overshadowing us.
Riya accuses Sushant’s sister
On Tuesday, Riya made sensational allegations on Sushant’s family. Riya said that in April 2019 she went to a party with Sushant’s sister Priyanka. There, Priyanka drunk alcohol and raped the people who came to the party. Riya brought him to Sushant’s house. After returning home, Sushant and Priyanka started drinking alcohol and Riya went to sleep. While sleeping in Sushant’s room, he suddenly realizes that Priyanka is with him and she is touching him the wrong way. Riya was shocked to see this and came out of the room.
Supreme court asked for answers from all the parties
The matter was in the Supreme Court regarding who has the right to investigate the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. The Supreme Court sought written replies from all the parties. Written answers were given by the Bihar government, Riya Chakraborty and Sushant’s family to the Supreme Court. At the same time, a written reply was given by the CBI in the Supreme Court. It has said in response that the court should allow the CBI and Enforcement Directorate (ED) to continue their investigation.
