A Supreme Court petition was submitted in opposition to the ruling of the High Court.

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain informed about the court’s decision.

He said that the order passed by the Allahabad High Court in the Shahi Eidgah case was today virtually challenged by the Shahi Eidgah Mosque and the Sunni Central Waqf Board in the Supreme Court.

He had demanded that the action of Allahabad High Court be stayed. The Supreme Court refused this, the court said that this case is scheduled for January 9, and we will hear it on the same day.

Commission application accepted in High Court.

It is noteworthy that Allahabad High Court has accepted the application to issue a commission for the survey report of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, Katra Keshavdev Complex.

The date of December 18 has been fixed to decide the structure and outline of the commission. Justice Mayank Kumar Jain gave this decision.

What did the temple side say in the petition?

Lord Shri Krishna Virajman Katra Keshav Dev is also a plaintiff in the case.

Advocates Harishankar Jain and Vishnu Jain said that the entire land registered in the name of Katra Keshav Dev is the birthplace of Lord Shri Krishna, which is 13.37 acres.

Shahi Masjid Idgah is situated in it. Documentary evidence will be obtained after the commission is issued.

During this time, reference was also made to the issue of commission in the Gyanvapi controversy.
