Sachin Waze Was In Contact With The Conspirator: NIA
Sachin Waze was in contact with the conspirator of the Mansukh murder case- NIA said in Mumbai court.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has claimed that Sachin Waze, accused in the Mansukh Hiren murder case, was in constant touch with its conspirator.
The NIA has said in the court that it will soon find out the conspiracy and motive for the murder. The NIA statement indicated that Waze was constantly getting instructions from someone in this case.
When Mansukh Hiren’s murder was planned, Vajhe and Vinayak Shinde were together. The investigating agency went to the NIA court on Tuesday to extend the detention period of Vinayak Shinde, arrested in the Mansukh murder case.
Advocate Sunil Gonsalves, appearing for the investigating agency, said that when Mansukh Hiren’s murder was planned, Sachin Waze and Vinayak Shinde were present together.
During this time the suspended API of Mumbai Police was in contact with the conspirator of this case through mobile phone.
Antilia episode, there are other conspirators in the Mansukh massacre other than Waze: NIA
This NIA statement given in the court shows that there is a conspirator in the Antilia episode and Mansukh murder case, apart from Sachin Waze, in whose contact Sachin Waze was constantly in touch.
Gonzales told the court that the investigative agency has recently received some DVRs, CPUs, and laptops. Apart from this, a list of some SIM cards has also been recovered.
Vinayak Shinde and Sachin Waze are to be questioned about these materials. Therefore Shinde’s detention period should be extended.
The court extends the detention of Vinayak Shinde to seven April.
Special NIA Court Judge PR Sitar, by agreeing to the arguments of the counsel, extended the detention period of Vinayak Shinde to seven April.
However, Vinayak Shinde’s lawyer Gautam Jain opposed his NIA custody saying that he had already been detained for nine days. Therefore, he should not be given custody of the NIA anymore.
Shinde’s role was limited to providing SIM cards to Waze only.

Similarly, the counsel of Naresh Gore, the cricket bookie of Ahmedabad, also told Gore’s role only till the SIM card was available, saying that he had no idea about the murder plan.
NIA is investigating the Mansukh murder case and Mukesh Ambani cases.

NIA recovered another luxury car of Sachin Waze.
While investigating both these cases, the NIA on Tuesday recovered another luxury car of Sachin Vazhe from Navi Mumbai. This car was being used by an associate of Waze.
Apart from this, the case of two number plates found from the Mithi River of Mumbai two days ago has also deepened. One of these number plates was stolen from Aurangabad last year.
Its owner Vijay Nade wrote a report of the theft of this car on 17 November 2020. But on Sunday, when the NIA took down divers in the Mithi River and took out the items thrown by Sachin Waze.
The number plate was also found in it which belonged to Vijay Nade’s car. Nade says no investigative agency has contacted him yet. But where necessary, they will cooperate with the agency.
