Refreshing Aam Panna Recipe: Ingredients for making Aam Panna.

Raw mango (kairi) – 2
Jaggery/sugar – 3 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Mint leaves – 1/2 tbsp
Black salt – 1 tsp
White salt – as per taste.

Method of Making Aam Panna.

  1. First, make a Mango Panna, take raw mangoes, and wash them well.
  2. After this, put them in a pressure cooker and keep them to boil.
  3. When the cooker whistles 4 times, turn off the gas and keep them aside to cool.
  4. When the pressure of the cooker is released, remove the lid and take out the mangoes from the water.
  5. When the mangoes cool down, peel them, remove their pulp in a bowl, and keep them aside.
  6. Now mash this pulp well with the help of your hands and add grated jaggery or sugar to it.
  7. Add finely chopped mint leaves, cumin powder, black salt, black pepper, and salt as per taste and mix.
  8. Your delicious Mango Panna is ready. Enjoy it on a hot afternoon.
