Ramadas: When 80% Reservation In Pvt Jobs Will Be Given In TN

Ramadas: When 80% Reservation In Private Jobs Will Be Given In TN. In his statement, Ramadas said that the government should come forward to enact an emergency law for this.

80 percent of the private sector employment in Tamil Nadu should be made available to Tamil Nadu residents only.

Ramadas has questioned when

According to a statement issued by Ramadas, a law was passed in the Haryana Assembly yesterday to provide a 75% reservation for local youth in private sector employment. This law, which protects the employment rights of local people, is welcome and commendable.

Are private jobs in Tamil Nadu for Tamil Nadu only or for all states in India? The answer to the question should be based on reality and not on generosity.

After the introduction of new economic policies, central and state government services have shrunk by a third in the last 25 years.

Therefore, the employment needs of Tamil Nadu youth can be met only through private companies. In South India, it has been announced that in all the remaining states except Kerala, only local people will be offered private employment.

In such an environment, if only private employment in Tamil Nadu is open to all, the Tamil Nadu youth will have to languish in poverty without employment.

If the private sector jobs in Tamil Nadu are declared to be for Tamils only, will there be suitable youth for all jobs.

Will, there be an unrestricted investment in Tamil Nadu, Questions may arise. Tamil Nadu has better human resources than any other state in India. So there will be qualified youth for all jobs.

Even if there are no such qualified people, the law should include the provision that educated youth should not be employed in other states for any reason other than training and employment.

There is no need to fear that business investment will decline as restrictions are imposed on employment only for local youth. This is evidenced by the fact that business investment in Andhra Pradesh has not declined even after the enactment of such a law.

So, I would like to emphasize once again what I have emphasized many times in the past. 80 per cent of the private sector employment in Tamil Nadu should be made available to Tamil Nadu residents only.

The government should come forward to enact an emergency law for this. Will investments come to Tamil Nadu without any hindrance? Questions may arise. Tamil Nadu has better human resources than any other state in India.

So there will be qualified youth for all jobs. Even if there are no such qualified people, the law should include the provision that educated youth should not be employed in other states for any reason other than training and employment.

The fear that business investment will decline as the restriction that employment is only for local youth is unnecessary is also unnecessary. This is evidenced by the fact that business investment in Andhra Pradesh has not declined even after the enactment of such a law.

So, I would like to reiterate what I have emphasized many times in the past.

80 percent of the private sector employment in Tamil Nadu should be made available to Tamil Nadu residents only. In his statement, Ramadas said that the government should come forward to enact an emergency law for this.
