Punjab Congress Strife: Poster war now begins in Punjab Congress, after two years, ‘who is the captain’ is answered by ‘Captain is the same’.

Even though the party has held a meeting in Delhi on the discord in Punjab Congress, but the discord in Punjab Congress is not stopping.

However, the High Command has not yet taken any final decision in this matter. Meanwhile, party discord has reached the streets of Punjab and the poster war has started.

Navjot Singh Sidhu’s famous statement about Captain Amarinder Singh two years ago ‘Who is the captain’ is now being answered with ‘Captain Ek Hi Hota Hai’.

Discord of Punjab Congress came on the streets, posters and banners are being put up in favor of Captain.

Hoardings and banners in favor of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh are being put up by Congress leaders on various roads in the state. It is being written in them, ‘Captain is only one.’

The hoardings on the roads of the state are indicating somewhere to the party high command that if a favorable decision is not taken at this time, then the ongoing fight between the high level leaders can reach the district level.

Punjab Congress Strife: Amidst the flurry of Navjot Singh Sidhu becoming the Deputy CM, the slogan given, ‘Captain is the same’

The Congress High Command had constituted a three-member Central Committee to quell the infighting among the Congress leaders of Punjab.

The committee has not yet submitted its report to Sonia Gandhi. Now even before this there are indications that the Congress high command wants to adjust Navjot Singh Sidhu as the Deputy Chief Minister.

The important aspect is that there was no issue of making a Deputy Chief Minister in the government or adjustment in the party at the center of the infighting in the Congress.

But, to pacify this, the party leader is making a policy of social engineering in the Congress and adjustment in the government.

There is panic in the Congress with the indication of Navjot Sidhu being made the Deputy Chief Minister.

In view of this, the supporters of the Chief Minister have started putting up hoardings and posters on the roads and streets of the state.

Party sources say that the Chief Minister’s close people have now started creating an atmosphere in the field itself that the 2022 elections will be fought under the leadership of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.

Let us inform that in 2019, former Navjot Singh Sidhu said in a press conference in Hyderabad, ‘Who is the Captain, Captain Amarinder Singh is the Captain of Punjab.

My captain is Rahul Gandhi. Now hoardings are being put up in the streets of Punjab on the same theme that there is only one captain.

According to party sources, even if the party high command adjusts Sidhu in the government in his insistence, the chances of senior party leaders will accept it, it is very less.

A senior party leader even said that no future roadmap can be prepared by this formula, as there are already a lot of disputes between Sidhu and Captain. The captain has even challenged Sidhu to contest from Patiala against him.

In such a situation, if he is adjusted in the cabinet under the pressure of the party high command, then he may get hands to show off but hearts will never be found.
