On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to the martyred Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel.

Let us inform you that the attack on the CRPF convoy took place on February 14, 2019, in the Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. 40 soldiers were martyred in this attack.

On this occasion, CRPF ADG Daljit Singh Choudhary paid tribute and said that our aim is to maintain peace and harmony in the area.

The convoy had 78 buses in which about 2,500 jawans were traveling from Jammu to Srinagar. After this, 40 soldiers were martyred in the attack.
