In the initial phase, extortion was demanded by PLFI through a pamphlet, after which the victim appealed to the Namkum police station regarding the matter.

At the same time, the Senior SP of Ranchi was also apprised of the matter. In the whole case, a tuk-tuk driver, through whom the form was sent using the PLFI, was arrested by the Namkum police.

Whose name Jitendra Mukhtar was arrested. But, till now the police have not been able to identify the other accused involved in the case.
