Pak Used The Wrong Map In The SCO Security Meeting

Pak used the wrong map in the SCO security meeting, Ajit Doval left the discussion. At every international stage, Pakistan’s habit of doing something against India and chanting the Kashmir melody remains as it is. On Tuesday, there was an important meeting of national security advisors of members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

In this, India’s National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval gave a befitting reply to the misdeeds of Pakistan. The meeting was attended by Moin Yusuf, deputy assistant to the national security affairs of Pakistani PM Imran Khan. In the virtual meeting, the map which was placed behind the Pak representative, the entire Kashmir was shown in Pakistan. Doval objected to this and left the meeting midway.

Pakistan violated SCO guidelines

Foreign Ministry sources said that Pakistan has violated the SCO guidelines by showing the geographical area of India on its map. There is an agreement between all the members of the SCO to respect each other’s geographical integrity and sovereignty, which Pakistan is not demonstrating. India has strongly objected to this illegal map presented by Pakistan and has also made the current president of SCO aware of this.

Russia said, do not support Pakistan’s move

Russia’s NSA Nikolai Patrasev, who held Tuesday’s meeting, personally thanked the Indian NSA for participating in the SCO meeting. He said that Russia does not support Pakistan’s move. He hoped that this Pakistan-provoking move would not affect India’s decision to participate in the SCO.

Pakistan had recently taken a legal decision to include a large part of Kashmir in its map. It has no meaning on the ground, but Pakistan has started using it on diplomatic forums. Pakistan later traditionally slammed the Kashmir raga on how Kashmir has threatened regional peace. Apart from India, Pakistan and Russia, the SCO also has members in China, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
