Notice to Punjab government and Majithia by Punjab and Haryana High court on AAP leader Sanjay Singh’s petition, know the whole matter.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has summoned the reply by issuing a notice to the Punjab government and former minister Bikram Singh Majithia on March 24 on the petition of AAP leader Sanjay Singh.

Sanjay Singh has filed a petition in the High Court seeking to quash the order of the Ludhiana court in which the court has summoned the case file of Jagjit Chahal and Bhola case (running in the CBI court of Mohali).

On September 5, 2015, Sanjay Singh made drug abuse charges against Bikram Singh Majithia at a rally in Moga on September 5, 2015, and said that when his government is formed in 2017, his first task will be to arrest Majithia.

His statement was also published in print media. After which Majithia made a defamation claim against Sanjay Singh in Ludhiana court on January 12, 2016. This case is going on in Ludhiana court.

In the same case, Sanjay Singh filed an application before the Ludhiana court, seeking to consolidate the case files of the Jagjit Chahal and Bhola case running in the CBI court of Mohali and the cross-examination of the complainant.

Which was rejected by the Ludhiana court on 25 February last. Sanjay Singh has now filed a petition in the High Court regarding the order of the Ludhiana Court canceling the case file of this case.

On which Justice GS Sandhawalia of the High Court issued a notice on the petition and sought the answer.
