The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against Canada-based pro-Khalistan terrorist Arshdeep Singh and his three associates for being part of a conspiracy to carry out terror attacks in different parts of Punjab and Delhi.

NIA Files Charge Sheet: The charge sheet said this action is a major leap forward in the NIA’s efforts to dismantle the sleeper cell operated by Singh alias Arsh Dala for carrying out terrorist attacks in various parts of Punjab and Delhi.

While Rajeev Kumar alias Sheela was receiving money from Arsh Dala for harboring Harry Maur and Harry Rajpura.
The NIA investigation also revealed that Kumar was also arranging logistics support and weapons for the other two on the instructions of Dala.

The investigating agency arrested Maur and Rajpura on November 23, 2023, and Kumar on January 12, 2024.
“The investigation is ongoing to dismantle the entire terrorist-gangster syndicate,” according to the NIA.
