New Zealand was defeated by Bangladesh in the second T20 match. New Zealand captain’s biggest T20 innings wasted, Bangladesh beat in a second consecutive match.

He could not save his team from defeat even after playing unbeaten innings of 65 runs off 49 balls with the help of 6 fours and 1 six.

The team needed 28 runs in the last two overs. In the 19th over, Shafiuddin gave only 8 runs and the team failed to score 20 runs in the last 6 balls.

Despite scoring 15 runs in the 20th over, New Zealand was defeated by 4 runs and the hosts took a 2-0 lead in the series.
