Under the proposed new system of the state government, the original appointment will be made only after five years. They will be evaluated half-yearly on the fixed formula. In this too, those receiving less than 60 percent marks per year will continue to be out of service.

Posting for five years in Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ recruitments

The Yogi Adityanath government of the state is preparing for major changes in the new recruitment in government jobs. Under this, after selection in the recruitment of Group ‘B’ and ‘C’, they will have to work as contract employees for five years. During this period, the employee will be evaluated every six months and those who get less than 60% marks in the year will be out of service.

Therefore, after five years, the same employees will be placed in regular service, who will get 60 percent marks. During this time, employees will not get permissible service-related benefits like regular servants.

Work under the supervision of senior officers

In the existing system of new jobs in the state, in the separate recruitment process, selected employees are appointed on probation for one or two years. During this, employees are given salary and other benefits like regular workers. During the probation period of one or two years, they work under the supervision of senior officers.

After this, they are regularized, but under the proposed new arrangement, the original appointment will be made only after five years. The new system will have a half-yearly evaluation of the formula. In this, those who get less than 60 percent marks every year will continue to be out of service. Those who will be able to complete five years of service with the stipulated conditions will be given the original appointment.

Appointment-Personnel Department is preparing to bring this proposal before the cabinet soon regarding the government job in the state. Suggestions are being sought from every department. It can be brought to the cabinet after taking suggestions from all departments. The reasoning behind this is that this system will increase the efficiency of the employees. Along with this, the values ​​of morality, patriotism and dutifulness will develop. Not only this, the expenditure of salary on the government will also be reduced.
