Mumbai Police Made Biggest Disclosure In Rave Party Case
Mumbai Police made the biggest disclosure in the rave party at Cardelia Cruz. Apart from Aryan Khan, who were the 11 people arrested in the cruise ship party.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) today arrested four more people in connection with the rave party at Cardelia Cruz.
Including these, the number of people arrested in this case has now increased to 12. NCB may arrest some more people now.
The names of the four more arrested are Abdul Qadir Qayoom Sheikh, Shreyas Nair, Manish Darya, and Avin Sahu.
It is being told that these four arrested people are related to the event management company which had booked the cruise for the rave party.
On Saturday, some people were caught consuming narcotics on the cruise Cardelia, which left for Goa from Mumbai.
These included Aryan Khan, son of cine actor Shahrukh Khan, his friend Arbaaz Seth Merchant who works in the field of social media, and model Munmun Dhamecha.
Later five other people who were taken into custody in the same case have also been arrested. NCB is interrogating all these accused by registering a case under various sections of the NDPS Act.
Meanwhile, a statement by Director General Shipping Amitabh Kumar has also come to the fore regarding Cruise Cardelia.
Kumar has said that the cruise liner Cardelia had applied for its services within Indian waters. But it was not allowed due to technical reasons.
According to him, now the Shipping Department is contemplating taking action against the said cruise.
Because under section 406 of the Merchant Shipping Act, it is necessary to get a license to operate any ship in Indian waters.
On the other hand, Mumbai Police has also started its investigation in the cruise case. Because no permission was taken from Mumbai Police to party on the cruise.

In such a situation, having more than 1400 people on a ship and partying is also considered a violation of Covid rules.
Permission has to be taken from the Yellow Gate police station of Mumbai Police to hold any kind of party in the sea.
Police sources say that in the case of Cruz Cardelia, no such permission was taken, nor was any information given to the police.
