Peasant unions should also leave the path of movement and create an atmosphere of dialogue. He again stressed that the three agrarian reforms are in the interest of the farmers.

The government then proposed to perform in Burari

Meanwhile, the central government has once again proposed to the farmers to come to Burari and perform in a peaceful manner.

A proposal has been sent to the Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla in a letter to the Farmers Unions for talks with the High Level Committee of Ministers at Vigyan Bhawan.

Earlier, Home Minister Amit Shah has appealed to the farmers to hold a demonstration at Sant Nirankari Maidan in Burari and talk to the central government.

Cited the problems faced by the public

A senior Home Ministry official said that Ajay Bhalla’s letter to the farmers unions is in connection with the proposal sent by Amit Shah.

In a letter sent to Darshan Pal, the state president of the Revolutionary Farmers Union, Punjab, and 31 other agitated farmers unions on Saturday.

Ajay Bhalla has cited the problems faced by the general public due to the demonstration of farmers on the Delhi border.

Along with this, he has also expressed concern over the problems being faced by farmers due to cold.

According to Bhalla, there is a danger of spreading the infection due to the gathering of so many farmers without any arrangement at the time of corona.

Arrangement of facilities in Burari

Ajay Bhalla has told the farmer unions that a large ground has been prepared for farmers in Burari, where facilities are arranged in a systematic way.

He appealed to the farmer’s unions to bring all the farmers gathered on the border of Delhi to Burari ground. Here the police will allow them to perform in a democratic and peaceful manner.

Repeated Shah’s offer

Ajay Bhalla reiterated Amit Shah’s offer in view of the demand for early talks by some farmer unions instead of December 3.

He said that talks will start with all the farmer’s unions on the very next day after the shift to Burari ground.

As before, this conversation will not be with the Agriculture Minister alone. The talks will be held with the High-Level Committee of Ministers.

The government has clearly indicated that it is willing to consider and resolve the farmers’ demands by offering to talk to a high-level committee of ministers.
