Mayawati’s U Turn, Realizing Its Losses In Upcoming Elections

Mayawati’s U turn empowers BJP, realizing its losses in upcoming elections. BSP chief Mayawati, who was repelled by a few MLAs, sowed the seeds of new equations in state politics.

In the recent Rajya Sabha election, the SP broke six of his MLAs, saying that the BSP would not even hesitate to support the Bharatiya Janata Party to teach SP President Akhilesh Yadav a lesson in the Legislative Council elections.

Although Mayawati sensed the loss of this statement, taking a U-turn, has clarified that even if she retires from politics, she will not tie-up with the BJP.

Muslims unilaterally started to strengthen Akhilesh: Now the important question is whether Mayawati’s U-turn can restore her previous status? Probably not. It is difficult for most Muslims who consider the vote against the BJP to return with the Blue Brigade.

In such a situation, drumming in the SP camp is inevitable. The political pundits sitting there are doing the math that the Congress is not in that position in the state so that Muslims should substitute it.

In such a situation, the Muslim, who was angry with the BSP, will come to the SP while pasting. It is also possible that Muslims unilaterally walk to strengthen Akhilesh.

Now look at the drum playing in the SP courtyard from another point of view. Experts believe that this situation will be most beneficial for the BJP, because it is very likely that by looking at the path of Muslims on the path of polarization during the assembly elections.

That polarization can also be beneficial for the BJP because the saffron party, with its work and policies, has made a big dent in the SP’s backward and BSP’s Dalit vote bank. The results of the last two Lok Sabha and one assembly elections are also proof of this.

Mayawati’s U-turn. How did Mayawati reach such a fork? : Now talk about BSP chief Mayawati. After all, how did she reach such a fork? In fact, the Bahujan Samaj Party, which entered the politics of the state 36 years ago, won majority power in the year 2007.

After losing power in 2012, the party was reduced to zero in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

The Dalit-Muslim alliance of the BSP could not do any good after the failure of the Dalit-Brahmins social engineering formula, in which Mayawati won 206 assembly seats in 2007 and secured the chief minister’s chair for the fourth time.

Dalit-Muslim Formula Tahs-Nahs: In the 2014 elections, due to Modi’s tsunami, the Dalit-Muslim formula was destroyed and elephant’s feet were uprooted.

Along with the upper caste people riding elephants, the BSP shrunk from the traditional Dalit and Muslim vote bank to just 19 seats in the assembly, becoming the third party.

Meanwhile, the BSP’s poor performance in other states also threatened its national party status. The rebellion of Nassimuddin Siddiqui, Swami Prasad Maurya, Brajesh Pathak, RK Chaudhary, Thakur Jayveer Singh, Jugal Kishore, Indrajit Saroj, etc.

Among the leaders with mass support on the declining strength of the party also worsened the atmosphere, leading to the party’s last Lok Sabha The challenge was to stand strong against the BJP in the elections.

Many BSP leaders started giving up elephant rides: in such a situation, Mayawati decided to join hands with the anti-SP SP for two and a half decades just before the elections.

At the time of the alliance, Mayawati had categorically stated that it would remain the same in the assembly elections. In the Lok Sabha elections, the coalition could not do anything special, but minus 10 MPs became BSP.

Despite this, after five and a half months, suddenly Mayawati also gave a big blow to the anti-BJP leaders including SP who had high hopes of winning the assembly elections on the strength of the alliance.

As soon as the SP-BSP friendship broke, many more BSP leaders started giving up elephant rides.

Former state president of the party Dayaram Pal, ministers Kamalakant Gautam, Ram Prasad Chaudhary, CL Verma, Dawood Ahmed, Tribhuvan Dutt, etc. While the cycle went on hold, many MLAs are also becoming disenchanted with the party.

Senior leaders of the party accept from the suppressed tongue that Mayawati should have maintained an alliance till the assembly elections to contest the BJP in the interest of the party, when she was befriended by the SP.

Breaking the alliance, where he made the first mistake, the situation with the BJP to defeat SP has made the party worse.

Leaders say that Mayawati may have her own compulsion behind the softness towards the BJP, but by doing so, she has also distanced the Muslim community and BJP dissidents from the BSP.

Mayawati’s U-turn. It is clear from the results of the last elections that the BJP has already made a dent in the backward vote bank of BSP, especially Dalit and SP. Now Muslim society is also expected to move from BSP to SP.

Many more BSP MLAs, office bearers and senior leaders may also leave Mayawati till the assembly elections close to the slipping mass base of the party.
