Main accused of breaking temple in Pakistan arrested, 110 people arrested so far.

Pakistani police claimed on Friday that the main accused had been apprehended in the mob that broke down the temple of Hindus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

This accuser is a member of a radical Islamic political party that was leading a raging mob.

The accused has been identified as Faizullah who led the mob that broke up the temple in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

Faizullah, the main accused of destroying the temple, has been arrested on Friday by Police Chief Sanullah Abbasi.

Abbasi has claimed that Faizullah incited the mob to break the temple and led a violent mob to break the temple.

The police chief said that 110 people have been arrested in this case so far.

Apart from these, Urdu professor Anwar Ahmed in a college in Islamabad has been sentenced to ten years imprisonment and fined one lakh Pakistani rupees.

He has been convicted of expressing blasphemous views in a lecture. These four people were arrested in 2017.
