Liverpool beat Manchester United 5-0, Ronaldo said – fans deserved better.

Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo on Monday said the club’s fans deserve a better match after Liverpool lost 5-0 in the Premier League and it is now the responsibility of the players to perform on the pitch.

Cristiano Ronaldo wrote in his Instagram post, “Sometimes the result isn’t what we fight for. Sometimes the score isn’t what we want, And it’s on us, only us because of the blame There is no one else to give.

Our fans, once again, were amazing at their continued support. They deserve better than this, much better, and it’s up to us to do well. Now is the time.”

Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota all moved up the scoring charts as Liverpool beat Manchester United in the Premier League at Old Trafford here on Sunday.

Liverpool beat hosts Manchester United 5–0 to move to second place in the standings just one point away from table-toppers Chelsea.

Before halftime, Liverpool had scored four goals. Nabi Keita, Jota and Salah scored for Liverpool.

Egypt striker Salah made a brace in the first half to give Liverpool an easy lead. Salah then completed a hat-trick in the 50th minute of the game, giving Liverpool a 5–0 lead.

No further goals were scored in the match and Liverpool eventually registered a comprehensive 5–0 victory.

This defeat is like a slap on the face to Manchester United, as they had many great footballers, but the team could not score a single goal.

Real Madrid beat Barcelona in El Clásico, Alba and Lucas scored.

Real Madrid put on a stellar performance to beat Barcelona 2-1 at their home in the El Clasico on Sunday at the Camp Nou here.

About 87,000 spectators were present to watch El Clasico play in the Spanish football league La Liga.

Jordi Alba and Lucas Vazquez scored for Real Madrid, while Barcelona’s Sergio Aguero scored to reduce the team’s margin of defeat.

Real Madrid’s team played aggressively from the beginning, which benefited them in the form of goals.

Alba brilliantly kicked the ball with his left foot from inside the box in the 32nd minute and the ball went straight into the goal post.

At the beginning of the second half, Barcelona’s team was saved from eating a goal, but in the last minute, the team ate a goal and managed to score a goal.

In injury time (90+3rd minute) of the match, Lucas Vazquez found the ball inside the goalkeeper’s box and hit the goalkeeper to direct the ball to the goal post to give Madrid a vital 2–0 lead.

Although Sergio Aguero opened Barcelona’s account in the match with the help of Dest in the 90+7th minute, it was not enough to save the team from defeat.
