The live telecast of Aarti started from today Monday from the holy cave of Shri Baba Barfani. The Shri Amarnath Shrine Board has made arrangements for the live telecast of the aarti.
This time Baba Amarnath Yatra has been canceled due to the situation arising out of Corona. The date of the yatra was fixed from June 28 to August 22, but it will remain indicative.
Aarti will be held daily from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Aarti started from Monday today.
Baba Barfani is seated in full size in the holy cave. Aarti is being telecast live on Shri Amarnath Ji’s official website, app, and MHOne Prime.
The pundits had already reached the holy cave site of Baba Amarnath to perform the aarti. Aarti was performed with worship in the traditional way.
Aarti will be held in the evening from 5 pm to 5.30 pm. There was great enthusiasm among Shiva devotees regarding the aarti.
Shiv Sharma, a devotee from Jammu, said that he has been visiting Baba Amarnath for the past many years.
Last year and this year the yatra was canceled due to Corona. There is despair but now Baba is seeing Barfani only after seeing the live telecast of Aarti.
In view of the aarti, arrangements have also been made to install three langars. Devotee Vikram Singh said that due to Corona, this time also the journey did not take place.
This time also we are seeing Baba Barfani by watching the live telecast of Aarti. One langar baltal and two langars have been installed at the holy cave site.
Even though the yatra is not happening, not only the administrative and police officers will remain active for two months but security forces will also be deployed.
Worship is to be held in the holy cave for 56 days. On the first day of the live telecast of Aarti, senior officers of Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board, administration, police arrived.
