KCR announced 10% EWS Reservation in Positions, Instruction After ultimatem by Upper Castes

CM K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) has declared that the state government has chosen to actualize a 10 percent reservation to the Financially More fragile Segments (EWS) in the state.

The Chief Minister said that an elevated level survey meeting will be held in the following few days on the issue and proper requests will be given.

There is a need to actualize 10% reservation in positions and instruction to those financially more vulnerable classes.

We have chosen to actualize 10% reservations to the EWS while proceeding with the reservations to the individuals who are as of now getting a charge out of the advantage for what it’s worth.

As of date in the State, 50% of reservations are being executed to the more fragile segments. With 10% reservations to the EWS, the booking rate will be 60%,” Rao explained.
