In view of the increasing cases of corona in Kerala, the complete lockdown has been imposed every Sunday with a night curfew.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan took this decision on Saturday. However, he also says that a complete lockdown cannot be imposed in the state as it will create a big crisis for the economy and livelihood.

In such a situation, only essential services have been allowed in the lockdown implemented on Sunday.

Around 30 thousand cases are being registered daily in Kerala.

Let us tell you that the country is coming out of the second wave of corona on one hand, but the increasing cases in Kerala and Maharashtra are continuously increasing the concern of the government.

More than 40 thousand cases are being reported daily in the country. These include 30 thousand cases from Kerala and 4 thousand cases in Maharashtra.

However, to control the pace of infection, the state governments have implemented many of the strictest restrictions, although they are proving to be insufficient.

Nipah virus amidst corona infection in Kerala.

During the last 24 hours, 29,682 new cases of corona have been registered in Kerala. 142 people had died in the state.

Along with corona infection, a case of Nipah virus has been reported in the Kozhikode district of the state.

In view of this, the Central Government has sent a team of NCDC to Kerala, which is reaching there today.

The team will provide technical support to the state. Please tell that a 12-year-old boy has died due to this virus.

Ban on holding 11th offline examination in Kerala from 6th September.

On the other hand, amidst the rapidly increasing cases of Corona, the Supreme Court stayed the state government’s decision to conduct the 11th offline examination starting in Kerala from 6 September.

The Supreme Court said that the situation in the state is worrying due to the increasing cases of the corona.

Also said that out of the total cases of coronavirus infection across the country, about 70 percent are in Kerala. Therefore, children cannot be put at risk.
