India issued objection letter to Pakistan to return 60 of its citizens.

The High Commission of India in Pakistan has issued an objection letter (Demarche) to the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan for the return of its 60 civilians trapped there.

Not only this, but the High Commission has also asked for a completion date for the return of the citizens as soon as possible. The Indian High Commission in Islamabad has given this information.

According to the leading news agency, the High Commission of India based in Islamabad asked Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry to ensure the return of 60 Indian nationals trapped in Pakistan.

In fact, on October 19, 363 Pakistanis had gone to Pakistan with NORI visas but got stuck in Pakistan due to the Corona crisis and other reasons. According to reports, he has a long-term visa to India.

According to some reports, many of these NORI visas have also expired. These 60 Indian nationals are family members or relatives of Pakistani NORI visa holders.

These families have requested that they be allowed to cross the border on a single day as the families have many young children and elders who are not able to travel alone.

The screw is stuck on the fact that if some are allowed to come to India, then the rest of the family will be left there.

Let me tell you that there are many Pakistanis who are living in India on long term visas. When they have to travel to Pakistan for some work, they are given a NORI visa.

NORI Visa i.e. ‘No Objection to Return to India’ Visa … Government of India gives this visa to Pakistanis who are married to an Indian citizen and living in India with long term visa.

These people have to take NORI visa to go to Pakistan till they get citizenship of India. There are also many Hindu families who have not got citizenship of India.

They have come to India with long term visas and settled here in the soil. Some of these people went to Pakistan on NORI visas and are stuck there due to Corona restrictions. Now they are stuck in Pakistan with relatives.
