Indecency during a discussion on Agriculture Bill, Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh suspended from AAP for a week. Rajya Sabha member from the Aam Aadmi Party nominated in the sedition case in Lucknow, capital of the state, and Sanjay Singh, the in-charge of the party in Uttar Pradesh, got punished in another big case.

In the Rajya Sabha, Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu has suspended eight Rajya Sabha members including Sanjay Singh from the House for one week in connection with indecency during the discussion on the Agriculture Bill. The Chairman has also made very harsh remarks against all these.

During the special session in the Rajya Sabha on Sunday, there was tremendous uproar and misbehavior of the Deputy Chairman amid serious discussion on the Agriculture Bill. Chairman Venkaiah Naidu has suspended eight members of Rajya Sabha including Aam Aadmi Party’s Sanjay Singh, TMC’s Derek O’Brien in this case for a week.

During this, the Vice President said that it is a very sad day for democracy. It is a very bad day. During the debate in the apex house, the conduct of the people’s representatives is very bad. Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu has suspended Raju Satav, KK Rajesh, Ripun Bora, Dola Sen, Syed Nazir Hussain, and Elmaran Karim along with TMC’s Derek O’Brien, AAP’s Sanjay Singh. Action has been taken against all these under Rule 256.

Treason case is registered against Sanjay Singh

A sedition case has been registered in Lucknow’s Hazratganj Kotwali against Sanjay Singh, a Rajya Sabha member from the Aam Aadmi Party and the party’s in-charge of Uttar Pradesh. In this case, the Lucknow Police has called Sanjay Singh to Lucknow after the monsoon session. They will have to record their statements in this case.

It is believed that Sanjay Singh’s arrest, in this case, is certain. On September 20, the Lucknow police had called Rajya Sabha MP from the Aam Aadmi Party, Sanjay Singh, to record his statement in the sedition case, but now the police have informed that since the session of Parliament is going on, the AAP will end the session.
