Former Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif will speak from London, Imran government’s problems will increase. Islamabad, the Imran government surrounded by domestic affairs is going to have difficulties. Actually, the opposition parties are organizing an all-party conference on Sunday.

The special thing is that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is also going to address it. Obviously, the opposition parties will count the failures of the Imran government and ask for resignation.

Former Pakistan PM Sharif will address through video conferencing

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari tweeted that he spoke to Nawaz on the phone, inquired about his condition and invited him to attend the conference.

Sharif has been undergoing treatment in London for three months. A Pakistani court has also issued an arrest warrant to bring them back.

Maryam Nawaz herself will also attend the conference

Dawn News quoted sources as saying that Sharif will address the conference through video conferencing. Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz vice-president Maryam Nawaz thanked Bilawal for being concerned about his father’s health and inviting him. Maryam herself will also attend the conference.

The country’s opposition parties have called this meeting to chalk out a strategy to surround the Imran government. The Imran government is facing sharp questions on issues such as misrule, sugar-flour scam, inflation, economic plight.

PPP General Secretary Saeed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari said that the party had finalized its agenda for the all-party conference. The two-year failures and future political strategy of the Imran government will be specially discussed. Opinions have also been sought from other parties on the agenda.

Warrant sent for Nawaz’s arrest

The Imran government has sent a warrant through its mission to arrest Nawaz Sharif, who is undergoing treatment in London. Last November 7, the Lahore High Court allowed him to be treated abroad for four weeks and Sharif has been in London since then.

Four weeks and the duration was extended

However, the court later extended this period by four weeks, but Sharif did not return. In fact, three-time Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam and son-in-law Muhammad Safdar were convicted on 6 July 2018 in the Avefield property case.
