Income Tax Department Raids On 53 Locations Of Rajasthan Minister

Income Tax Department raids on 53 locations of Minister of State for Home, Rajasthan, case of disproportionate assets and non-payment of tax.

Teams of the Income Tax Department raided the premises of Rajasthan’s Minister of State for Home Rajendra Singh Yadav, his relatives, and business associates on Wednesday morning.

Raids were conducted at Yadav’s residence, office in Jaipur, factory located at Pathri in Kotputli, and many places. A total of 53 locations linked to Yadav were raided in the state.

The Income Tax team has also taken action on Yadav’s locations in Uttarkhand and Gurugram. The Income Tax Department teams searched for documents and bank accounts at Yadav’s premises.

Raids have been conducted at Yadav’s Kotputli-based Rajasthan Flexible Packing Limited Factory, MT Trading, and other locations.

Yadav is the director of this company and his elder son Madhur Yadav is the manager of the company. Here the factory and warehouse of one of his relatives were also raided.

Yadav is the MLA from Kotputli. More than two hundred Income Tax Department employees participated in the raid.

Income Tax Department raids: About a hundred CISF personnel have taken over the responsibility for security arrangements.

According to the information, bags and other packing materials are made in Yadav’s factory for the supply of mid-day meals and fertilizer.

Some documents of income tax evasion and disproportionate assets were found during raids from Yadav’s private residence located on Sirsi Road and Banipark in Jaipur and from Malviya Nagar’s residence and office.

There was talk of reaching the Income Tax Department team at his Civil Lines government residence in the morning. But Yadav has denied this.

Minister said – no heat to the mold, I am cooperating in the investigation

Speaking to the media in Jaipur, Yadav said, “Truth does not have any heat. We are cooperating in the action of the Income Tax Department.”

Yadav said that investigate us with an open mind. We have an ancestral business. I used to do business before joining politics.

We have not done any wrong thing in any way. We have nothing to do with political donations. I do clean and clean politics. If there is any political malice in the action, that too will come to the fore.

He said that there is packaging work in Kotputli. Wax used in fertilizer is also made.

He said that the team had reached the factory at eight in the morning on Wednesday morning.

In the midst of the raid, Civil Supplies Minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas reached Yadav’s residence in Civil Lines to meet him.

According to Yadav, he is a director in a Kotputli-based company since 2009. This company registered at Pitampura, Delhi has a total of 8 Directors.

Raids have been conducted in Jaipur on the premises of Yadav’s business associates Kawaljit Rajawat and Moolchand Vyas.

Both of them do business together with Yadav in a company named Sai Trading.

Raids have been conducted at the premises of Yadav’s brother Vijaypal Singh located in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.

Income Tax Department has taken action on the shop and residence of Bhilwara’s grocery trader Mathuralal Kabra.
