Hybrid Terrorist Arrested In Gandarbal By J&K Police
Hybrid terrorist arrested in Gandarbal, grenade recovered from his possession.
In the Ganderbal district of Kashmir, the police arrested a hybrid terrorist on the basis of a tip-off. A grenade was also recovered from his possession.
Police have started an investigation after registering a case against him. Investigation revealed that he has linked many youths including his brother with terrorist organizations.
There is also talk of his involvement in many target killings. However, he is still being interrogated.
According to the information received from the police, a party of Ganderbal police had put up a Naka in the Khan area.
The police had received information about the passing of terrorists from there. During this, it was seen that a person has come suspiciously close to the Naka.
The police signaled him to stop, but he tried to run away. He was immediately surrounded and caught. When he was searched, a grenade was recovered from him.
During interrogation, it was found that his name is Arshad Ahmed. He is the son of Mohammad Subhan Mir, a resident of the Sahpora in Ganderbal.
During interrogation, it was also revealed that Arshad works for Lashkar-e-Taiba’s TRF. His name had come up in the investigation earlier as well.
Arshad also pushed his brother Latif Ahmed Mir to the path of terror and recruited many other youths in the terrorist organization. However, a lot of information is expected to come out in his interrogation.
It is being told that Arshad has also been involved in many target killings in recent times. Many important clues are expected to be found on its trace.
