‘Veg Soya Biryani’ is delicious in taste and full of protein, prepare it like this. To make soya biryani, first heat water in a bowl.

Add soya chunks to it and soak them for 15 minutes. When the soya becomes soft, squeeze them and keep them aside.

Now take a mixing bowl and add curd to it and whisk it well.

After this, add red chili powder, biryani masala powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste and salt as per taste to the curd, mix well and whisk.

Now add the soaked bean pieces, chopped carrots, chopped square peppers, onion, and chopped potato slices to this mixture and mix well.

Now keep this mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to soak properly. Now add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the pressure cooker and heat over medium heat.

When the butter melts, add all dried spices such as bay leaves and cinnamon and stir-fry. When the fragrance rises from the seasoning, add the finely chopped onion and stir-fry.

Then add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté a little more. Now take the pickled soy sauce from the fridge, put it on the stove, add the vegetables and spread it well.

Then add the soaked rice and serve it over the spicy soy sauce. – Soak the rice in water for 20 to 25 minutes before using it.

Now sprinkle this layer with the fried onion, biryani masala powder, coriander leaves, salt to taste and 1 tsp.

Now, without touching the layers, pour in 2/4 cup water, cover the pressure cooker and simmer the biryani until it whistles twice. Then turn off the gas.

When the pressure in the pressure cooker is automatically reduced, open the lid and place the soy sauce biryani on a plate. Now serve hot biryani with chutney or raita.
