Home Minister Amit Shah meets Jat leaders of Western UP, resentment will go away.

To strengthen the party’s electoral prospects in western Uttar Pradesh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah today met 100 Jat leaders.

Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan and MP Parvesh Verma were also present on this occasion.

The Jats’ supported the BJP since the time of the 2014 elections and because of this, the party has been performing well in western Uttar Pradesh.

But there is resentment in the community due to the agitation against the three agricultural laws.

To allay the anger of the Jat community over the three agricultural laws, the BJP brought all Jat leaders, including Union Minister Dr. Sanjeev Balyan, among the farmers.

Strategists engaged in making the party’s electoral ground in western Uttar Pradesh are considering this meeting as very important.

This is being called the masterstroke of BJP in the direction of cultivating the Jats.

UP Election 2022: BJP fielded eight more candidates, cut tickets for two MLAs.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which has so far declared 195 candidates for the first, second, third, and fourth phases of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, on Tuesday fielded eight more candidates.

In these, the party has changed the candidates here after the death of Amanpour MLA Devendra Pratap Singh and Auraiya MLA Ramesh Chandra Diwakar.

While the tickets of Bharthana MLA Savitri Katheria and Rasulabad MLA Nirmala Sankhwar have been cut. In the Marhra, Patiala, and Jalesar seats, the trust has been reposed on the sitting MLAs.

It is noteworthy that for the last three days, the leaders of the state organization, including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, are having meetings with the central leadership in Delhi.

The meeting to decide the names of the remaining candidates of the third and fourth phases as well as the candidates for the fifth, sixth and seventh phases.

Altogether 203 candidates have been declared in these eight. It is likely that now the list of all the candidates will be released soon.
