Himanta Said Badruddin Ajmal Is The Enemy Of Assam. Assam minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal the enemy of the state.
Describing AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal as an enemy of Assam, Minister of State Himanta Biswa Sarma said that he is an extremist to protect Indian and Assamese culture.
Sarma accused Ajmal of working against the culture of Assam and said that he would keep talking about identity politics as long as the Lok Sabha members and opposition leaders remain in the political scene.
Sarma is also the coordinator of the Northeast Democratic Alliance (NEDA). All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief Ajmal is a Lok Sabha member from the Dhubri seat.
His party has 14 MLAs in the assembly, most of whom win from minority-dominated seats in Assam.
The AIUDF has formed a grand alliance with the Congress and four other parties to take on the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections.
Sarma said, Yes, I am an extremist to protect Indian and Assamese culture on this earth. If someone has given me this title, please send my gratitude and thanks to them.
Trying to protect Indian nationalism: Sarma
When asked if he and Ajmal are equal in polarization politics, the Assam Finance Minister said that the AIUDF chief is doing something which is contrary to the Assamese culture, while he is trying to protect the Assamese culture. Huh.
Sarma said I am trying to protect Indian nationalism.
There should be two extremists. So if there is the North Pole then there will be the South Pole. If Badruddin Ajmal disappears, we too will disappear.
Then we will talk about development and something else. But till Badruddin Ajmal, we will talk about development and identity politics.
Himanta Biswa inaugurates foot overbridge in Guwahati
One foot overbridge was inaugurated by Minister of State Himanta Biswa Sarma at Khanapara in Guwahati located at Sama.
This bridge is made of bamboo. The minister inaugurated it after cutting red lace. The bridge was inaugurated on Sunday.
