He believes that for the promotion of theater, it is necessary that the academy should not confine itself to the annual theater festival. The theater should run regularly.
Especially in the situation of Jammu and Kashmir, it is necessary that the institutions of Jammu should get an opportunity to stage in Kashmir and the drama institutions of Kashmir in Jammu.
Regular theater workshops should be organized. More and more people need to be connected to the theater.
Especially for the cultural strength of Jammu and Kashmir, it is necessary that the theatrical institutions of both divisions get a chance to work together.
Theatrical institutions should not depend on the academy itself. Other prestigious theater institutions should also be invited to stage in Jammu and Kashmir.
