The singer insisted that the officer ruined the special day for the family. He said that even if the family is breaking the rules, the DM should be respectful and should not do such insults.

Please tell that District Magistrate of Agartala Shailesh Kumar Yadav raided two wedding pavilions in the city late on Monday night. More men and women were present at these places than the guideline issued.

On the instructions of the District Magistrate, the police immediately took 31 people, including 19 women, into custody.

Some people, including Bharatiya Janata Party MLAs, accused the District Magistrate of misbehavior. They said that the District Magistrate had pushed the priests.
