Delhi Police Arrests 15 Illegal Foreign Nationals: In a major crackdown, Delhi Police arrested 15 foreign nationals—including 2 from Bangladesh—living illegally in Dwarka. All were sent to a detention center, and deportation proceedings have begun.

Dwarka district police in West Delhi has taken action against foreign nationals living illegally and arrested 15 people in March. Among these, two accused are from Bangladesh. The police officer said that instructions have been given to all the police station officers of the district to crack down on illegal immigrants. Police personnel are combing the region and detaining foreign nationals living in Dwarka without a valid visa. In this connection, the district police has arrested 15 foreign nationals.

The police officer said that the Anti-Narcotics Cell caught 11, Mohan Garden police station caught three, and Uttam Nagar police station caught one foreign national. Investigation revealed that all of them were living in India without valid documents.

The police officer said that foreign nationals living illegally misuse the resources of the country and can become a challenge for law and order. The police have appealed to the people to inform the police about illegal immigrants or those involved in suspicious activities around them.
