Delhi HC notice to Sonia-Rahul Gandhi on BJP leader’s petition: National Herald Corruption Case.
In the National Herald case, the Delhi HC issued a notice on Monday seeking answers from Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi and others including former president Rahul Gandhi.
Rajya Sabha member Subramaniam Swamy has filed a petition seeking permission to present additional documents and evidence in the lower court.
A bench of Justice Suresh Kumar Kait issued notice to Sonia-Rahul besides Oscar Fernandes, Suman Dubey, Sam Pitroda, and Young India on the petition and directed them to submit a reply by 12 April.
