Bribery was claimed in the transfer posting.

But on Saturday evening, the Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) called Fadnavis and said that you do not need to come to the police station.

Fadnavis told a press conference on Saturday afternoon that the Mumbai Police has registered a case against him under the Official Secrets Act.
Mumbai Police him to come to the Cyber Police Station, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) for questioning. This summons was given to him under section 160 of CrPC.
Fadnavis said that though it is my prerogative not to divulge the source of the information received by me as the Leader of the Opposition, I am ready to cooperate with the police.
