It allegedly quoted a controversial statement remembering former PM Rajiv Gandhi on his 31st death anniversary. However, after some time this tweet was deleted and a new one was posted.
After this, Adhir Ranjan had also clarified that a post was made after hacking his Twitter account. They have nothing to do with this.
Delhi Police Bid – Provide device for investigation.
The Delhi Police, which is probing the case, requested Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury to submit his device, which he claimed was ‘hacked’.
Delhi Police said- Thank you for bringing this matter to our notice. You are requested to provide us with the device on which you claim that the account has been hacked for further investigation

BJP said – it hurt Sikh sentiments.
At the same time, after the alleged controversial tweet from Adhir Ranjan’s Twitter account, the BJP attacked.
This tweet was linked to the alleged statement of former PM Rajiv Gandhi related to the 1984 riots. BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that this tweet has been done to hurt the sentiments of Sikhs.
