In such a situation, the state Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy reviewed the progress of the ongoing investigation in the case.
The matter was reviewed by a video conference with medical experts in Amravati on Friday. During this, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy said that drinking water should be tested more often.
Jaganmohan Reddy asked the team of experts to cross-check the results over and over again so that there was no mistake.
He further said that the pesticide that is being used for investigation should be tested for one month. It should be confirmed whether water pollution is the cause of the disease.
CM Jaganmohan Reddy has ordered experts to re-test the rice samples.
Along with this, CM Jaganmohan Reddy said that farmers should be encouraged to do organic farming. Reddy asked the experts to re-test the rice samples.
Explain that more than 500 people of Andhra Pradesh had to be hospitalized due to this disease, of which one person has died.
The mysterious disease has surprised medical experts, with an initial analysis of test reports establishing the role of the chemical substances found in pesticides, which has led to the death of a person.
The leading news agency reported that several teams of experts from the country’s major scientific institutions are working to find out the exact cause of the disease in Eluru city of Andhra Pradesh.
The same authorities have feared that the disease Lead and nickel-metal have been found in the victims’ bodies.
There is a possibility that the disease has spread due to this reason. Officials said that now the number of patients suffering from this disease is decreasing.
