Chinese Minister Demanded Normal India Relations

Chinese minister demanded normal India relations, the country said – first reduce the tension on the border.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, who is visiting India, has demanded normal India relations. Let us inform you that on Friday, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met his counterpart, Wang Yi.

This is the first visit of the Chinese Foreign Minister to India after the tension on the border of Ladakh.

After the meeting, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar addressed the press conference.

He told that relations with China cannot return to normal until their troops withdraw from each other on the disputed border.

Let us tell you that in June 2020, Indian and Chinese soldiers were killed in a face-off in the northern Himalayan region of Ladakh.

After this face-off,  two countries have deployed thousands of soldiers along the high-altitude border.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar further pointed out that the country still has tensions in many areas, while progress has been made in resolving some of the stressed areas, including Pangong Tso.

On which we discussed how to take it forward. “I was very honest in my discussions with the Chinese foreign minister, especially in expressing our national sentiments.”

India’s Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar told a news briefing after his three-hour meeting with Wang Yi.

But friction and tension arising out of China’s deployment from April 2020 cannot be resolved with normal relations between the two neighbors.

At the same time, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang said in a statement that China and India should work together to promote peace and stability around the world.

“Both sides should keep the differences on the boundary issue in the proper position in bilateral relations and follow the right direction of development of bilateral relations,” he said.
