Chhabil Patel gets bail in Jayanthi Bhanushali murder case: Gujarat.

Former BJP MLA Jayanthi Bhanushali murder case in the Kutch Gujarat, former MLA Chabil Patel, has got six days bail.

He will be able to attend their son’s wedding under the supervision of the police.

Former MLA Chhabil Bhai Patel is in jail since March 2019 on charges of killing Jayanthi Bhanushali, MLA from the Kutch region of Gujarat.

Gujarat CID Crime arrested Chhabil Patel as soon as he landed at Ahmedabad International Airport on 14 March 2019.

Since then he was in jail, he will be released on six days bail for the son’s marriage. During the bail, a police inspector and two constables will be appointed under his supervision.

Chhabil Patel was elected as an MLA on a Congress ticket from Abadasa seat of Kutch in 2012, joining the BJP held before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

Jayanthi Bhanushali, former BJP MLA, has been a BJP MLA from 2007 to 2012 in the same seat.

Jayanthi Bhanushali was killed by a contract killer in January 2019 by Chhabil Patel due to the battle for political supremacy.

Mumbai’s sharpshooter Jayanti Bhanushali was killed on the moving train.

In fact, Chabil Patel carried out the conspiracy with the help of Manisha Goswami and the same local leader Jayanthi Dumra, who returned to jail on charges of implicating Jayanthi Bhanushali in Honey Trap.

Dumra Jayanti wanted to implicate Bhanushali and Chhabil Patel to become an MLA from the Abadasa seat.

In the Gujarat CID crime, Manisha had arrested one of her companions from Uttar Pradesh about two months after the murder.

Siddharth Patel, son of Chhabil Patel, the main accused in the murder case, was granted bail in the High Court after spending nearly 18 months in jail.
