Both The Al-Badar Terrorists Were Given A Chance To Surrender

Both the Al-Badar terrorists were given a chance to surrender. Both remained alive for 22 days after becoming terrorists, were given a chance to surrender before killing them: Srinagar.

Both the al-Badar terrorists killed in South Kashmir’s Hasanpora, Kulgam were locals. He had been active in terrorist activities since December last year.

After becoming a terrorist, only 22 days while the other remained alive for about 36 days.

However, this encounter, which has been going on since last Sunday evening, lasted for the same reason as the security personnel wanted these two terrorists to surrender.

Being local, the help of their relatives, local elders, as far as the cleric was also taken to force these terrorists to lay down their arms, but both these terrorists of Al-Badr refused to lay down arms.

Completing the necessary legal formalities, the police buried the bodies of both in an Islamic manner in North Kashmir.

On Sunday, on information about the hiding of terrorists in Hasanpora, Kulgam, the police carried out a search operation in collaboration with Army’s 01 RR and CRPF personnel.

On seeing the soldiers coming towards their hideout, the terrorists tried to escape by firing at them.

The soldiers foiled their plan by taking quick action. The soldiers asked the terrorists to surrender several times, but they did not agree.

On Sunday, around midnight, both the terrorists were killed. During this, the house-made for his hideout has also been damaged.

IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that both the slain terrorists were linked to al-Badr. The slain terrorists have been identified as Abdul Rashid Thokar and Imad Muzaffar Wani.

Abdul Rashid was a terrorist active in Al-Badar on 5 December 2021. Prior to that, he used to work as an overground worker for terrorists.

Imad, while declared to be a terrorist on 19 December 2021, attacked a police team in Pulwama along with his comrades. Mushtaq Wage, a policeman, was injured in the attack.

Let us tell you that since January 1 this year now, the security personnel have killed 13 terrorists in seven encounters in the Kashmir Valley. Of these, six terrorists were from Pakistan while others were local.
