The culprits shot and injured the State Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Ajfar Shamshi, in Munger in broad daylight. Shamshi’s condition is delicate but better than before. He is being sent to Patna for better treatment.

Bullet shot in Munger in broad daylight
According to the information received, Ajfar Shamshi had reached Jamalpur College in Munger only that unknown criminals shot him near the college gate.
According to Shamshi’s driver, the number of criminals was around 15-20. After the incident, he was rushed to the Munger Sadar Hospital, where he was referred to Patna after initial treatment.
The bullet is stuck near his ear. Munger SP Manavjit Singh Dhillon said that the reasons for the incident are still unknown. Police has started investigating
Principal arrested in charge of college
Dr. Shamshi is a professor at Jamalpur College, Munger. Two days ago he had a dispute with the college in-charge Principal Lallan Singh over the transaction of the charge.
Lalan Singh had also threatened to shoot him. Munger SP said that Principal Lallan Singh has been arrested.
BJP leaders call the incident tragic

Former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi has also known the situation by talking to the relatives of Shamshi. They have assured the early arrest of the accused.
BJP state spokesperson Dr. Ramsagar Singh, Sanjay Singh Tiger, Akhilesh Singh, Dr. Nikhil Anand, Arvind Singh and Premaranjan Patel have also condemned the incident.
State media in-charge Rajesh Jha Raju, Rakesh Singh, Ashok Bhatt and Sanjay Pandey have also demanded early arrest of the accused.
