In this regard, leaders of various parties who have joined Trinamool from those states can also be sent to the Rajya Sabha.

Former Goa Chief Minister Luizinho Faleiro had come to Kolkata on September 29 and joined the TMC along with his supporters. He has been appointed as the National Vice President of TMC.

On October 25, Rajeshpati Tripathi, the grandson of late veteran Congress leader Kamalapati Tripathi, and his son Laliteshpati Tripathi joined the Trinamool.

At the same time, film actress Nafisa Ali, tennis star Leander Paes joined TMC during Mamta’s tour of Goa.

Significantly, during the violence in Lakhimpur Kheri, BJP MP from Pilibhit, Varun Gandhi had tweeted a video.

Even before this, he had continuously written a letter to CM Yogi Adityanath demanding to increase the price of sugarcane.

Now by tweeting the video of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s speech in favor of farmers, Varun Gandhi has written that Atalji was a leader with a big heart.

He referred to the farmers’ movement. Varun Gandhi, who was recently expelled from the BJP’s national executive, has been continuously surrounding the government for the farmers’ movement.
