Both sides pelted stones at each other, and glass bottles were thrown from the roofs. One person was injured in this incident and has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

The situation was brought under control by the police, due to which the tension remained confined to only one area.

The police force has been deployed throughout the city.

On Tuesday morning, Technical Education Minister Subhash Garg held a meeting with Inspector General of Police Prasanna Kumar Khmesra, DC Alok Ranjan, SP Shyam Singh, and other high officials.

Garg appealed to the people to maintain peace. He claimed the situation was under control.

In fact, there was an altercation between the two sides at Budh Ghat in the Mathura Gate police station area of ​​Bharatpur.

The dispute escalated so much that stone-pelting and glass bottles were thrown at each other. The police have detained a dozen people from both sides.

The superintendent of police said that the people taken into custody are being interrogated. Now there is peace in the city. More barricades have been put up in the city than before.

About eight years ago, a Muslim youth threw a stone during the langar at the Gurudwara. There was a dispute between both parties regarding this matter.

At that time, two youths of Muslim society were arrested by the police and sent to jail. He was later released on bail and a settlement was reached between the two sides.

On Monday, there was a marriage in a family in Muslim society. During the wedding, the DJ was playing loudly. The people of the Sikh community living nearby spoke of not playing the DJ.

There was a dispute between both the parties regarding this matter, and a fight ensued. Along with stone-pelting, glass bottles were thrown.

It is noteworthy that in the past, there was a conflict between Hindus and Muslims in Karauli, Jodhpur, and Bhilwara.
