Bhagyalakshmi And The Other Two Women Got Bail

Bhagyalakshmi and the other two women bail in case of an attack on a YouTuber in Kerala. The Kerala High Court granted bail to Malayalam dubbing artist Bhagyalakshmi and two women activists for assaulting a YouTuber.

YouTuber uploaded derogatory videos about women. The court has said that on arrest, the petitioners can be released on two sureties of the same amount with a bail of Rs 50,000 each.

The court directed that whenever called, they would appear before the investigating officer and cooperate in the investigation. They will not tamper with the evidence and will not threaten or influence the witness.

Police in Thiruvananthapuram registered a case against the trio under various sections of the IPC. YouTuber Vijayan P. Nair had filed a complaint against the trio alleging assault and threatening to face dire consequences.

Kerala minister questioned in Quran case from UAE

The Customs Department on Monday questioned Kerala’s Higher Education Minister Katie Jalil in the case of the Quran from UAE. The Customs Department questioned him for hours.

14 crore seized in income tax raids on Kerala’s Christian missionaries

The Income Tax Department has seized Rs 14 crore cash in a raid on several locations across the country of a self-proclaimed Christian evangelist and his group in Kerala.
